(In-person) Psychic Soma Retreat

Dearest seeker, will you join me for a nourishing day of communing with your inherent psychic nature? 

This training is FOR SELF-DECLARED + UNDER-COVER PSYCHICS (possibly even from yourself?) because I know that opening oneself to the paranormal can be fraught with ancestral & societal resistance. Many of our bodies have been taught to fear or even deny messages that we intuit or pick up "from thin air". So when I invite the Psychic-Soma Approach we will lovingly acknowledge where and why these blocks have been placed while providing new pathways of connecting with this part of yourself. 

I promise this can be fun!

The practices I am most excited to share invite our bodies' wisdom with the support of nature and the wild elements to help us receive and deliver information.  

🎕 FLOW:

• 10-Noonish: Forest adventure to work with messages from the wild.
• 12:30~1:30: Cozy up with tea & Lunch break (indoor option)
• 1:30~4:00: Group practices and training

We will be courting our psychic nature through earth-based and body held practices.

This will look like this:

🍁NATURE AS A GATEWAY: Forest nature ritual and tracking exercise

🍁BODY AS A GATEWAY: Movement practices & body postures to open the psychic pathways

🍁MIND AS A GATEWAY: Using the simple potent system of Gongfu Tea Ceremony to help us physically integrate the more mental training session

🍁RITUAL GARMENTS: Binding practices using scarves

🎕 BRING:

• journal & writing utensils
• warm clothing and appropriate shoes for walking in the forest
• bottle of water
• An object for the altar
• candle (larger than tea light)

• $80-$120
