Hello m’dear, as we descend into the darker stiller days I feel called to invite in focused study and ritual practice around desire. Offering the roving of our desires to the Fates to be spun as they see fit into this world. Along with exploring where resistances in our mind and bodies sabotaging our capacity to receive and enjoy what we’ve ordered.

After Priestessing monthly womans Intention circles for years (The New Womb Gatherings) I’ve been chewing on what element was missing to create even more tangible impact in our lives. It became clear that we can only declare the desires we can mentally, access which in many cases is a watered down version. Like a wafting scent of our dream -instead of biting into that warm dripping passion pie … mmmmhmm.

These newer experimental additions are inspired by Caroline Elliots concepts in Existential Kink, and I beleive will bring a delicious debth to our time together!

This year’s Spinners of Fate in addition to the playful New Womb spell-casting (intention) format we will:

Shine a flashlight on the beliefs holding dynamic dreams captive from us
Interview our subconscious limitations keeping our desires tidy and mentally “accessible”
Somatically greet blocks around receiving the most delicious opportunities, objects, connections etc..

Somatic invocation and welcoming the "Trinity of you"

We will open in a movement exercise to invite in the wisdom and unique powers of Earth + Air + Fire + Water

The flow of our time together

Journaling excersize

Each council we will start with a personal excavation process working with prompts provided to get real and raw with any resistance, sabatoge, and stagnation we are currently facing.

We will team off into groups of 2-3 to digest and share nuggets of what was revealed.

invocation

Alright now that we got that we shone a light into a bit of the gunk... using an adapted version of the Intenders Circle method we will declare our desires and bare witness to others. Gathering the power of our collective will each invocation will be sent off to the fates/Universe to organise as needed to create the change we desire!

VENUE

An oasis of plants & fruit trees on 20 acres located on Coast Salish ancestral lands of the Hul'qumi'num & SENĆOŦEN-speaking people, now commonly known as Salt Spring Island

We will have access to an indoor temple space before venturing into the woods. Students should prepare for a rustic outhouse, and the capacity to walk 15 minutes through forest trails.

When she isnt supporting clients or her 3 wild children, she could be found communing with her garden, philosophising over pu'erh tea with her husband, or preparing another witchy community ritual to mark the turning of the year.
