Some of them could be extraordinarily awkward, while some feeling deeply familiar.

your "Spirit Crew" want to play and express more through.

I believe that being a consentual bridge for Invisible Allies through our bodies, voices, and creations can be a deliciously exhilarating experience! Like any intimate relationship communication is the key to fostering trust.Creating a reciprocal space for each of you to express desires, preferences and commit to mutual goals.

Sound great Saera but how?

I’ve found that each Guide has unique preferences on how they wish to communicate. Sometimes that is obvious but mostly it requires a heap of experimenting!

Exploring techniques you can both play with until you find the sweet spot.

I think of this as “Psychic-Flow-state” a way of allowing effortless creative access to our bodies using a medium of choice.

ART

I have some guides that speak through art- they want to distill information on a page, and yes they are uber-picky about what pens move in the way they like!

VISIONS

Then there are the ones who communicate through imagery and send visions that I need to deliver. This includes dreams and symbolic imagery, which invites my inner detective to decipher.

VOICE

Then there are the ones who request to bring their voices into the council. They wish to speak or sing through my body in their indigenous languages. This has required voice training on my end to be able to physically make the sounds!

BODY

Then there's the healers, the ones who ask to move through our hands and bodies. I’ve received and delivered profound healing by granting access and just enjoying the ride as I’m animated by them.

VENUE

An oasis of plants & fruit trees on 20 acres located on Coast Salish ancestral lands of the Hul'qumi'num & SENĆOŦEN-speaking people, now commonly known as Salt Spring Island

We will have access to an indoor temple space before venturing into the woods. Students should prepare for a rustic outhouse, and the capacity to walk 15 minutes through forest trails.
